REGISTRATION This User Agreement between Authorized User (“You”) and Spaghetti Factory LLC (www.TheSoundOfBlue.xyz) (“the Site”) and any of our Site affiliates, agencies, sponsors, licensees, or content partners (hereafter, collectively referred to as “The Sound Of Blue”, “We”, or “Us”) governs your use of these information services and web sites (collectively referred to as “the Tools”), including any document, content, services, functions, or features accessible on or through the Site (the “Products”). Your use of the Site and the Tools is subject to the terms and conditions hereof. IF REGISTERING FOR USE OF The Sound Of Blue THROUGH THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS, THE USER VERIFIES THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER IS ACCURATE AND CORRECT TO THE BEST OF THE USER’S KNOWLEDGE.

REFUNDS POLICY Since services are non-tangible, irrevocable, digital goods; we do not issue refunds, which you are solely responsible for understanding. You understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against "The Sound of Blue" with respect to such User Content. "The Sound of Blue" reserves the right to cooperate fully with governmental authorities, private investigators and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected criminal or civil wrongdoing.
